Rest In You
[verse 1]
My heart is in anguish oh within me
The terror of death assail me
If I have wings of a dove
I would fly away be at rest
Rest in you
Oh Jesus, My LORD
[verse 2]
Oh fear and trembling have beset me
Oh horror has overwhelmed me
Let me fly far away and stay in the dessert
Stay with you
Oh Jesus, My LORD
[chorus]
All the sins you erase
All the burdens you take
When the storms come I'll still sing and praise
Cause you will keep me safe
[post chorus]
Cast all my cares on you oh Jesus
I know you will sustain me
Now all I can feel is strength, joy, and peace
In your arms, oh my abba, my LORD
[chorus]
All the sins you erase
All the burdens you take
When the storms come I'll still sing and praise
Cause you will keep me safe
All the sins you erase
All the burdens you take
When the storms come I'll still sing and praise
Cause you will keep me safe
[post chorus]
Cast all my cares on you oh Jesus
I know you will sustain me
Now all I can feel, now all I can feel is strength, joy, and peace
In your arms, oh my abba, my LORD
In your arms, oh my abba, my LORD
In your arms, oh my abba, my LORD
